Questions we get asked
What does the callout fee actually cover?
Travel plus the first 30 minutes on site — normally enough to stop a leak and diagnose the problem. Any repair beyond that is quoted before we continue.
Do you issue a Certificate of Compliance?
Yes, on all geyser installations and replacements. We're PIRB registered, so the CoC is valid for insurance and for the sale of a property.
My insurer wants a report. Can you provide one?
We do this regularly. You'll get a written assessment with photographs, suitable for a claim, usually within one working day of the callout.
Which areas do you cover?
Pretoria East mainly: Faerie Glen, Garsfontein, Menlo Park, Lynnwood, Silver Lakes and surrounds. Further afield we'll be honest about whether we can get there in time.
How soon can you come out?
